
Bissap Rouge Raspberry Dressing
Bissap + Raspberry Dressing (makes ~ 1.5 cups or ~12 servings)
½ Cup Bissap Rouge
½ Cup Fresh Raspberries
½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
¼ TSP Salt
¼ TSP Black Pepper
Blend all ingredients together and pour into a container with an air-tight lid. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Before using again, shake the container.
Drizzle over salad of arugula, goat cheese crumbles, pistachios and fresh raspberries. Top with seared seafood, steak, chicken or keep it as a side salad.
