Bissap Rouge Watermelon Popsicles

Bissap Pops (for 6 pops)

1 Cup Bissap Rouge

1.5 Cups Fresh Cubed Watermelon (about ¼ of a small watermelon)

Blend both ingredients together until smooth. Pour evenly into popsicle molds.

Add popsicle sticks and leave in freezer for 4-8 hours, until frozen.

When ready to eat, remove from popsicle mold.

 Note: to make it easy to remove the popsicles from the molds, run under cold water for a few seconds.
